This two-bedroom unit in a newly renovated, 108-year-old house, is perfect for up to four people. One bedroom houses a queen bed and the other houses a set of twin beds. Every window offers stunning views of the marina and across to Washington with a view of the Astoria-Megler Bridge. The house also has a porch, a deck and a large yard with a picnic table and barbecue for guests to enjoy the outdoors. The guests have access to the cosy living space, the laundry equipment, wireless internet, parking space as well. The rental is two flights of stairs up and could be a problem for people with mobility issues. This Airbnb is a cosy and self-contained loft with a private deck and entrance on Astoria’s sunny southern slope. It comes with a double bedroom, a full bathroom with a large tub, a hotel-style kitchenette with a bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle and is located in a quiet neighbourhood which is a 25-minute walk to downtown. The private porch is surrounded by overgrown trees and shrubs on three sides. Parking space is provided. The suite is at the back of the owner’s house and is a 15-minute drive to state parks, trails and beaches. There are steep ladder-like stairs to the loft and the bathroom is downstairs so the property may not be very suitable for someone with mobility issues or small children.

The lower story has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and living room, and a laundry room, while the upper story has two bedrooms and an additional sofa bed, a bathroom, a larger living room, a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry. The upstairs also has a big back deck fit for barbecue in the summers while the downstairs has a front patio and a small yard. The upper and lower units are not connected with a staircase inside the house but a staircase outside the house and both the units have their own entrance and a key to provide for maximum privacy.
