Located close to the beach this property sits behind the dune, so while you can’t see the ocean from the house, you can hear it and feel the ocean’s breezes and are just a few steps away from the nearest beach. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas for 6 to 10 people. Parties are allowed! There is an outdoor shower, and a gas grill! So it will be the perfect spot for a barbecue!

This lovely adorable cedar cottage is only a short walk over the dunes and past a row of gorgeous plantation-style estates from the Pink Sands Beach. If you love a private and exotic stay, this is it. Also, while the nearby restaurants are top-notch, the cottage has a full kitchen kit and a new propane grill for those who love to cook! This is one of the six luxury residences located within the unique development of the Sunset Harbour Estate on Harbour Island. The community is situated on just over 2-acres (0.8 hectares), with its own deep-water private dock. This uniquely designed home has an upside-down layout in such a way that the bright kitchen/living area is located upstairs and the guest bedrooms are downstairs. Also, there is an outside covered terrace and a tropical garden. The property is located just a few minutes walk to the beach. The private, cosy and gated garden with pool and bar facilities are perfect for a relaxing afternoon and evening!

This is a three-bedroom house, that was once featured on House Hunters International. It is a Bahamian-designed home steps away from the grocery store, bakery, and deli, nothing is out of reach. The pink sand beach is a short walk away and golf carts are available for hire for exploring the island. Bonefishing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving and snorkelling are all easily accessible services! The services of a housekeeper are also included! The rooftop has 360-degree views.
