3. Charming city farmhouse from the 1880s
Ever wanted to experience what it’s like to live in a farmhouse? We found something similar for you. This charming “farmhouse” is located in Lower Highlands, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The whole space is perfect for up to five people. What truly gets us is its historic value. This property is one of the oldest homes in the area, dating back to the late 1880s. Don’t worry, though! The owners renovated and upgraded the home, all while preserving some of its original features. That includes the hardwood floors and the painted woodwork.

6. Newfangled beauty near bike path system
Remember that twin unit we mentioned just before this item? Well, let us formally introduce you to this contemporary beauty. Like its sister, it’s a two-bedroom one-bathroom bungalow that can accommodate up to four people, and it mostly offers the same amenities. Once you step outside, the excitement of Denver begins. Restaurants, attractions, and shopping are all just a short walk away from the property. There is also a bike path system nearby if you want to explore the area on two wheels. Don’t forget that you can rent this unit and its twin if you’re traveling with a larger party.

7. Historic apartment at a walking distance from everything
Historic charm permeates this spacious apartment in Denver Highlands. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which makes this place great for families. In fact, the whole place can accommodate up to eight people without an issue. What we love about this vacation rental, however, is its proximity to local attractions and restaurants. It’s so close, you can walk to your destination and enjoy the sights and sounds along the way.

8. Cozy family home with downtown city views
Homey is one word to describe this home away from home in Lower Highlands, one of the coolest neighborhoods in Denver. It’s got everything you and your party needs. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, a great outdoor space with sitting, quality linens in the beds, and an open-concept living and dining area. Our favorite part of the home, however, is the covered front porch. We imagine it would be such a pleasure to enjoy a cup of coffee here or a glass of champagne as you admire the city views, no matter the time of day.

9. Recently renovated industrial-style loft
This loft-style guest house along Bryant Street is anything but ordinary. Originally built in the 1800s and renovated in 2014, the exposed brick walls and industrial furnishings make this bachelor pad full of personality. There’s only one bedroom, and one bathroom and just enough space to accommodate two people comfortably. Other inclusions include a full kitchen with all the storage you need, private off-street parking, and an outdoor seating area. Should you need anything, the property manager is just on-site, far enough to give you some privacy.
