Some special features: wall to wall granite floors, smart televisions in the bedroom and living room, a record player with Bluetooth technology, and a full-fledged kitchen with a washer/dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Art from a local artist decorates the walls. The apartment even has a private patio, with a brick wall, perfect to sit and have your coffee while people watching. The iron gate provides security.
