Enjoyed our overnight stay very roomy and comfortable
the living room furniture is not overly comfortable
so be prepared for that
The only complaints would be the lack of privacy and the lack of parking

lots of deck space to enjoy the outside plenty of kitchen space with a huge table
The layout and number of bedrooms/bathrooms was excellent
One of the bathrooms had a shower head but there was no place to actually turn the shower on
While the bedding was clean and the bathroom fixtures as well

The cleaning crew only took two hours to clean the entire cabin which is not enough for eight bedrooms and eight bath
VRBO said "free Cancellation guarantee" until a certain date" on the property page when you are researching

The emergency maintenance person was very slow to respond
so hopefully these things have been resolved for the next guests
so everyone could eat together
so we were very excited about all the games advertised for this home
I spent weeks trying to cancel property but VRBO said they do not honor their own guarantee

The wrap-around decks were a great place to relax too
This property is conveniently located close to Gatlinburg
The Gatlinburg Community Center a grocery store and many of the outdoor activities
The Hemlock Inn was in a quiet location and the property suited our needs
Our initial reservation was difficult at best and after many challenging emails I was never able to get a return phone call Just expected better

Also had plenty of room for 8 couples to each have their own room and bathroom
We loved the kitchen living room area for our large group
a light was out in the basement
There were only 4 spoons
Renting was easy getting in touch with someone after you have arrived is another story

but it does say wooded view
Also the floors looked clean

only had the small type and was located in parking lot between cabins
I tub covers are a disaster hot tub surround missing Wood you can look at the pumps stones on front of lodge falling off Sleeps over 30 and only had 8 chairs total on 3 decks that where not broke...

Beautiful place never got the blue ray to play a movie in the theater section but other than that it was a beautiful place and very clean
My family of 20 stayed for the weekend and it was great Close to Gatlinburg and not to far from pigeon forge

It is spacious and the kids enjoyed the play room
Was a little surprised at the size of the cabin as it was a little cramped with the 11 of us in the same room (sleeps 18)
is you can hear everything in the bedrooms and down stairs
so we consolidated one cabinet and used that area and the top of the fridge for our non perishables
the cabin was beautiful quiet and very cozy

Hot water didnt work in the kitchen microwave
It was 40 degrees downstairs
No dvd/blue ray or other device available to enable use of theater room
The next day the air conditioner was fixed We would have liked screens on the windows in the room with the bunk beds and a ceiling fan

They finally came out and left us a space heater

overflow had to park on the street and hope you didn't get hit as cars came down the hill the oven barely works only 2 of the 4 eyes worked on the oven

The location is a good 20-25 min from Pigeon Forge and 15-20 from downtown Gatlinburg
The location to get into Gatlinburg was convenient
you look out at trees and cabins across the way
the upstairs bathtub wouldn't drain the customer service needs improvement every time I called I got voicemail left messages
