Born and raised in Singapore, Shea has spent four years living in the UK and consider it her second home. An English Literature graduate and a lover of all things royal history, Shea enjoys checking out castles and palaces when she travels. Here, she is pictured in front of Hampton Court Palace.

No matter where she is, Ruchira's safe space is a corner where she can curl up with a book. From that corner, she'll either gobble up multiple books a day or stare off into the distance, imagining sword-fighting princesses, ice-breathing dragons and other fantastical plots. When she's not doing that, she's writing. Her other hobbies include playing the guitar, going to beaches and baking brownies.
