Keelung Night Market is easy to walk to if you’re staying in the city center. If you are coming from a different city, you have the choice of arriving here by bus, train or car. Car seems to be the most inconvenient of all options, as the night market is situated on a pedestrian street and you will have to walk quite a distance.

The market is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The train runs from west to east (Taipei to Keelung) as well as north to south (Keelung towards Kenting). Of course, you can always get an Uber or taxi and head over here.

  • One Bite Sausages(一口香腸): This is a small version of the Taiwanese hot dog, which is pork sausage in a rice sausage, but because of people becoming more health-conscious, they've transitioned into smaller pork sausage portions.
  • Ding Bian Cuo (鼎邊趖): This is a traditional Taiwanese dish, which is originally from Fuzhou Province in Mainland China.
  • Oil Onion Cake(油蔥粿): A big rice cake that is topped with delicious sauces.

  • Fresh Seafood: With the city being located right by the sea, it is expected that fresh seafood will be available for you to try.
