1. Catch Bar (Oia – Expensive)
Posted by Catch Bar Restaurant Oia on Thursday, 12 May 2016
Catch is an experience for the chill foodie in you. The calm ambiance, dim lighting, and open air eating creates a casual, yet tasty dining experience. Enjoy seafood, slow-cooked Greek meats, and salads. Although the food is a bit pricey, it is for a reason and don’t let that stop you from enjoying this sumptuous dining experience.

2. Katharos Lounge (Oia - Moderate)
Posted by Katharos Lounge on Monday, 1 June 2015
The Katharos Lounge is a noteworthy restaurant for two reasons. First, while dining, you are sitting on cushions overlooking the cliffs of Oia. The view could not be better! Second, you may have had a bit of a difficult time finding meals in Greece if you are a vegetarian. Look no more, Katharos serves many vegetarian dishes and even vegan options. So go eat some falafal overlooking the Mediterranean Sea!

3. Pitogyros (Oia – Cheap)
Posted by Pitogyros Traditional Grill House on Sunday, 31 May 2015
If you are looking for a place to grab a quick bite, I recommend Pitogyros. It is a cute, hole in the wall restaurant that serves delicious gyros, as well as vegetarian options. The pork and chicken gyros receive rave reviews. Don’t be surprised if you find a line when you go to Pitogyros, but wait around! It’s worth the wait.

4. The Athenian House (Firostefani - Expensive)
Start your day right at The Athenian House, offering breakfast from 8:30 to 12:00.
Posted by The Athenian House on Tuesday, 23 August 2016
If you simply want a high-end dining experience in Firostefani, then go to The Athenian House. The restaurant offers a sleek, modern, open-air dining experience overlooking the sea. The meals are traditional Greek creations with a 21st-century kick. Although, the cuisine is still based on olive oil, vegetables, and ingredients from around Greece.

5. Corner (Firostefani – Cheap)
Posted by Icez Lee on Wednesday, 16 March 2016
Corner is a cheap, vegetarian-friendly restaurant, that is popular for its delicious breakfast. This is not the place to lounge and have a decadent meal. You can sit on a veranda, but it overlooks a busy road. Corner is on the list because it provides cheap and tasty food. Start your morning off with an omelette, or crepes; freshly squeezed orange juice or yogurt; smoothies or lattes.

It’d be a shame if you went to an island and never had the island’s seafood. I recommend Asterias, a moderately expensive restaurant in Akrotiri, right on the sea. In fact, you can sit at a table on a pier that juts out into the water. You can look out and sea the Mediterranean and you can look behind you and see the Red Beach.

7. Taverna Glaros (Akrotiri – Moderate)
Editor's Note: There's no photo available at the time of writing
If you are on the Red Beach, and your belly is a-grumbling, then take a quick stroll over to Taverna Glaros. The restaurant serves delicious, traditional Greek food, specializing in seafood and vegetarian food. Here is a good place to try authentic Greek yogurt, I bet you it will beat Chobani any day. The owner of the restaurant cooks the meals with her son and if you ask for her fish platter and grape leaves, you won’t regret it.
8. Anemoloos (Fira – Expensive)
Posted by Ανεμόλοος - Anemoloos on Thursday, 2 July 2015
Do you want to eat at the best of the best? Well, this restaurant is probably the best of the best in Fira. It is the number one recommended restaurant in Fira on trip advisor. The restaurant rests on the top of a hill overlooking vineyards and the Kamari Beach. Complimentary bread is served followed by traditional Greek food. Interestingly enough, fried pizza and giant beans are top dishes.

Enjoy some sunshine between the clouds with a Jar of Ginger Rogers. Gordons gin, ginger sirup, fresh lime juice and ginger ale.
Posted by V Lounge Cafe & Cocktail Bar on Friday, 29 May 2015
Imagine sleek white railings, potted bushy saplings, white cushions, stained wood chairs and couches, and a panoramic view of the surrounding Greek Islands. You have an accurate semblance of the V Lounge. The view is to die for and the service is impeccable. It is a classy joint that serves breakfast through dinner, and if you get there in the evening, don’t worry, they will offer you a blanket.

10. Theoni’s Kitchen (Fira - Cheap)
Posted by Theoni's Kitchen on Friday, 22 April 2016
Theoni’s Kitchen is a great place to go in Fira for some delicious, cheap seafood. But it also has gluten free options and vegan options for people with eating preferences. You’ve heard of complimentary bread and salad, but you probably have never heard of complimentary ice cream and donuts, need I say more?
