2. Hotel: The White House - affordable (from USD 53)
The White House was aptly named. Not only are the interiors of its apartments white, but the sleek decor radiates elegance. When you ask for a room, you are provided an apartment with a kitchen that extends into a living room, bedroom, terrace, and a bathroom. Importantly, the White House provides excellent wifi, which any seasoned traveler knows not to take for granted. The hotel is located close to the National Archaeological Museum of Athens and the National Theater of Greece.

“Holiday Villa, Unique Aegean Views” is a destination for the family. This wickedly elegant 210 square meter (2260.4 square foot) villa holds four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large terrace overlooking the Schinias Environmental Park and the Aegean Sea, a kitchen, and many living spaces. This place, an entire house, rents out at only an average of 109 USD a night, with a minimum stay of five nights. That is a steal if I have ever seen one.

If you want a clean, comfortable living space but money is your primary concern, then I recommend this 5th-floor apartment, with a view of downtown. It consists of 50 square meters (538.2 square feet) and includes a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. It offers an attractive view of Strefi Hill and of amazing sunrises and sunsets. And don’t worry, there is also wifi. This is the place to stay if you are just looking for somewhere to put down your bags and a bed to come back to, at night.
