It is a wonderful beach with miles and miles of golden sand, with food shacks and water sports, like many of the other beaches in Goa. You can walk for miles, north to south, along the sandy beach, with the sea waves caressing and cooling your feet.
A good number of food shacks are here, serving drinks and good food at affordable prices. Don’t forget to try the crab xacuti, it is simply amazing. You can explore the beach by renting a bike.
Benaulim features an amazing sunset view - at around 5 to 6 pm, you can watch the red sun set in the west, into the Arabian Sea, while the bright moon appears in the east. Away from hustle and bustle of the city, the beach is the perfect place for beach bums to relax and regenerate their spirit.
