Dipolog may seem like your typical nature-filled, outdoorsy destination, but it also has a nightlife scene to die for. If you want to skip the beach for the night and live it up, head over to Rui, a bar and music lounge that acts as a restaurant by day and turns into a bar by night. Enjoy both imported and local liquor, hang out with your friends (or make new ones), savor great food and listen to great music for a night to remember. Drinks are very affordable too - beers start at 0.90 USD and shots start at 1.00 USD. Rui also hosts parties regularly, but they are scheduled so it’s best to plan ahead. Rui is open 10:00 pm - 12:00 midnight on weekdays and is open from 10:00 pm - 2:00 am on weekends.
