The visitors can also enjoy free public programs, guided garden walks, exhibitions, and a selection of 20th-century sculpture from the Sunnylands collection, films, and multi-media kiosks. Located in Greater Palm Springs, this research-level facility has 5 different telescopes and the main telescope is inside the 360-degree dome, while the four others are places on the deck. The main telescope can go up to 50 million light years away giving you the brightest and most magnified view of the skies. You also get to witness some magnificent milky way that is 24 million light years away and planetary nebula, clusters of stars, other galaxies, and other planets.
