This distillery is a great visit for anyone with a fascination for how spirits are made. The Copper Fiddle Distillery was started by two men (an architect and a PGA pro) who created their own unique bourbon whiskey from scratch. They also have gin and other homemade spirits all distilled in a handmade copper pot. They have hour-long tours that allow you to see the process of how they make their delicious drinks. This locally-owned distillery is one that should not be underestimated.
