The building is an old carousel factory where they carved each horse or other animal from wood for different carousel rides and then painted them to look lifelike and very beautiful. They provide exhibits and demonstrations on how they went about carving the animals and then the painting processes that they had to go through. It’s very fascinating and everyone can ride the old carousel that has been operating since before the 1930s.
