The four seasons are ever working, painting the forests, mountains and lakes with different colours all throughout the year. Natural parks are tucked away in quiet regions of the country, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. There’s no shortage of amazing campsites overlooking surreal landscapes in Canada as well, which makes for a perfect getaway for city folks wanting a nature getaway. Here is a list of some of the top campsites in Canada for your next trip to the country.

We handpicked these listings carefully, considering (wherever possible) Superhost status, recent guest reviews, location, accommodation type, prices, availability of dates, decor, and amenities. 1. Awesome camping with the alpacas (from USD 33)

Alpacas have really taken social media by storm with their cute and quirky appearances. If you’ve always wanted to see an alpaca up close and personal, why not stay at Brigadoon Fiber Farm Alpacas! The campsite is located within the heritage orchard which dates back to 1900, while the home itself dates back to 1867. The place is really well-preserved despite its age, and the owners have opened up their space for curious travellers to stay in. For alpaca lovers, there is a shop located on the campsite selling different handcrafted and heirloom-quality shawls, clothing items and yarn from alpaca wool, all eco friendly and ethically sourced.
