It is named as such out of its owners’ belief that coffee has enduring qualities that build and elevate culture–what’s more brick and mortar than that? Occupying Hebrews Coffee’s old space, Architect Coffee Co. has changed the atmosphere of this place. The dark walls are now painted white with subway tile lines and green plants decorating the space. The café’s menu includes a signature drink, well-known as The Architect, and classic espresso drinks. The signature drink consists of caramel syrup and vanilla that have been made in-house, but the Himalayan pink sea-salt make all the difference. And if you are dairy-intolerant or a tea lover, you will fall in love with Architect Coffee Co. for their huge selection of loose-leaf tea and soy milk-based options.
