Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, her passion for the culinary arts led her to St. Louis to complete her master’s degree in dietetics. All of their cakes are frosted with the Cakery’s original buttercream and are decorated with precision. They even have ready to go cakes, for those times you’re pressed for time to get a cake for your wedding anniversary, birthday, or to celebrate a promotion. Just choose one of their luscious flavors of ready to go cakes, and you’re set. Each cake is a pre-decorated, one-layer 9-inch cake that serves approximately 10.

Another shop owned by Ericka Frank in 2007, she opened The Cup in the Central West End.
