Fall head over heels with the many masterpieces of Renaissance art and intricate architecture, as well as the glorious and inviting food and wine that is enough to make you never want to leave. This magnetic, romantic, and busy city has hardly changed since the Renaissance era, its urban streets still evoking many tales and stories. With such beauty and splendour lurking everywhere, it is only natural to be confused about the best place to stay. Here are five breathtaking Airbnbs that will definitely make your visit a spellbinding one:

We handpicked these listings carefully, considering (wherever possible) Superhost status, recent guest reviews, location, accommodation type, prices, availability of dates, decor, and amenities. 1. Cosy cottage: mini flat at Duomo, Florence (from USD 121)

This cosy and beautiful mini flat is located at the heart of Florence, where it is walking distance to all the main museums and tourist attractions such as the Accademia Gallery, Medici Chapels, Bargello, and Santa Croce. Enter the main room and be awed by how lovely and cosily it is decorated. The cute bed and relaxing pictures hung on the wall are enough to make you want to fall in love with this picturesque space. Need some fresh air? Open up those wooden doors and be enchanted by the beautiful views that Florence has to offer. Counter seats are perched on the balcony to provide a place for guests to chill and relax. Gaze across the surrounding rooftops from the balcony, and admire the great views. It gets even better when the sun starts to set. A small electrical kitchen, which consists of a fridge, microwave, toaster and a kettle, is also provided for your use. Three is not a crowd! Climb up to the second floor to reach a single loft bed, which is comfortable and cosy after a long day. Lounge on the plush velvet sofas in this cosy space beside the loft bed. Crunch on some chips or gulp down a cold Sprite while watching a show on the flat-screen TV. Pretty as a picture, the bathroom is decorated tastefully with cute flowers and bright green titles, a cheerful and happy sight to start the day.

Wisely enough, I decided to turn my passion into work and became a tour guide. Now I can share with you my immense love for the beauty, history and art of these enchanted places. I am particularly passionate about the Middle Ages, history, sculpture, nature and sports. In my spare time, I travel, read, go to concerts, play sports and do a lot of hiking. I work mainly in Florence and Siena but I love going to Lucca, less known Tuscan beauty and Pisa. I can also organize a food tour, a wine tasting or a day trip in Tuscany.
