1. De Rollende Keukens

De Rollende Keukens meaning “rolling kitchens”, is the biggest food festival that happens every year in the month of May for four days in Amsterdam. The Niewmarkt has been alive as an Amsterdam market since the 1700s. Farmers still come here to sell organic produce in the main square of the market on Saturdays.
