Opened in the 18th century as Scott’s Tavern, Gettysburg Hotel was in operation during the milestone three-day Battle of Gettysburg. The hotel was renovated twice and has been awarded the Best Historic Hotel Award by Historic Hotels of America. The property is a walking distance away from Wills House, where President Abraham Lincoln penned the landmark Gettysburg Address.

The hotel’s 119 neatly appointed rooms offer standard amenities, such as bathroom essentials (hairdryer, free toiletries, etc.), cable television, and a work desk. Additionally, there is a rooftop swimming pool, an old English pub, and a fitness center on-site.
