Don’t let the humble outward appearance of Home Town Restaurant fool you, for they actually provide amazing Korean food in this tiny eatery. You will get your money’s worth as they provide generous portions of food, even if the dishes in question are appetizers or side dishes called ‘banchan.’ You will definitely enjoy dishes such as bulgogi, in which the meat is flavorful and tender. This restaurant is considered a bit of a hidden gem in Anchorage. It’s a small restaurant in an ordinary strip mall, so unless you’re keeping an active lookout, you might miss it. The food served here is quite appetizing and the restaurant is a must-visit in Anchorage.

It may not be the fanciest restaurant in the city, but it is clean and cozy. This restaurant is well-known for its service and dishes such as steamed dumplings with dipping sauce, seafood tofu soup, and beef and vegetable stew, are considered amazing. The prices are reasonable too. As the alternative name implies, the restaurant offers the option to pick tofu-based dishes, hence, it’s a vegetarian-friendly eatery.
