5. Authentic Vietnamese food at Le Fat
Le Fat is described as having authentic Vietnamese food with a few fusions. The Sriracha butter is a customer favorite that you probably won’t find anywhere else! 6. American staples at Staple House
Jen Hidinger runs this fine restaurant she started with her late husband after the couple had hosted many successful dinner parties in their community featuring their own unique spins on American Classics. Her husband Ryan was lost to cancer but his memory is honored through not only this divine restaurant, but also their organization The Giving Kitchen which responds to others in the restaurant industry who are hit with a sudden crisis. It’s a restaurant that gives back while serving a la carte food items that are seasonal and fresh.

For something out of the ordinary that’s very highly rated on multiple search engines, try Desta Ethiopian Kitchen. You’ll love the language “cheat sheet” on the side of the menu that has descriptions for menu items including spiciness, and several Amheric terms for your reference. You can also take it step by step to choose your dish from meat, to sides, heat level, and extras. It’s very user friendly for someone who wants to try new exotic dishes but is unsure where to begin.
