If you can't get enough of nature vibes, visit Bhawal Forest, only 25 minutes from this hotel by car. Bhawal National Park is one of the best places to enjoy the natural beauty of Bangladesh. It's in Gazipur and used to be the forest of Madhupur. The official establishment of Bhawal Forest occurred here in 1982 under the Wildlife Act of 1974.
The forest area extends for approximately 5,022 hectares (12,409 acres) and the internal park area is 940 hectares (2232 acres). You can roam around the area while following the instructions of the authority. It is said that 64 types of species exist inside, including reptiles, mammals, amphibians, peacocks, deers, pythons, catfish, and more. There is also a lake inside the forest for visitors' amusement. It is possible to explore the lake on a boat and observe the beauty of red water lilies in late spring. You can also find 13 cottages and 6 rest houses here. Moreover, there's a park area and a tortoise breeding center.
Once this place was mainly covered with Shal plants; presently, there are 345 types of plants, such as eucalyptus and rubber plants that are grown by authorities. You can observe the scenic beauty of the place from the watchtower. Horse carriages are also available for roaming around the whole place. Do note that it is our responsibility to preserve Bhawal Forest with immense care.

The Armenian Church of the Holy Resurrection in Old Dhaka is less than 25 minutes away and is a culturally significant attraction in Dhaka. It is one of the key tourist attractions, constructed in the late 18th century. This quiet little church in Old Dhaka bears the testimony of a large Armenian community in Dhaka.Armenians played a significant role in Bengal trade and commerce in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. They had established settlements in Hughli, Chinsura, Saidabad, Murshidabad, Kasimbazar, and other Bengal business centers, including Dhaka. Although they are entirely gone now, the little church they built in Dhaka still exists.
