Located in the heart of Trastevere, a young neighbourhood by the River Tiber and known for its nightlife, you are well set to discover a more local side of the city. Entering the apartment feels almost like stepping into a different world, with tones of soft purples and blues creating a magical atmosphere. A well worn staircase leads to the loft, which is your sleeping quarters. If you have other guests, the sofa can be converted into a bed as well. Watch out for your head! You could have a bumpy start to your morning if you’re not careful. Keeping the theme of purples and blues, the bathroom, which features a standing shower, is modern and chic.

Located in a historical district between Coliseum and Termini station, you are well linked to public transport facilities. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, but thankfully there’s a lift that you can take up. The district is lively but the noise won’t reach you as the apartment overlooks a courtyard and a common garden. The open-plan common area exudes cheeriness and warmth, and you’ll be glad to be able to call this place home while you’re in Rome. The kitchen is well equipped so you can try your hand at cooking a pot of cacio e pepe (traditional Roman pasta dish). Sunlight spills in through the windows into this sunny double bedroom. The second bedroom is also bright and spacious, with 2 independent twin beds and well-placed decorations sprucing up the room.
