While you cannot take the yacht out of its mooring, there are jet skis, kayaks and paddleboards for hire in the marina for a day on the water.

The yacht features air conditioning and heating and the salon features a TV and free Wi-Fi. Chairs are available for sitting and relaxing on the deck. The galley is equipped with everything necessary for daily cooking on the boat. The lower cabin features two comfortable sleeping areas sleeping four guests and one bathroom.

The bench seat and dining area in the salon both convert into single-size berths. The bathroom is not in service, but guests will have a key to the bathroom on the dock.

This 32-foot Hunter sailboat is moored in McKinley Marina, conveniently placed for shops, restaurants, museums and bars. While the boat cannot be taken out on the water, the owner will take guests for a sail if his time permits. The cozy salon features a TV and free Wi-Fi is available on the boat. The galley is ideal for daily cooking. Guests have access to two queen-size berths and one full “V” berth. While there is a shower and toilet on the boat, the owner prefers it if guests used the bath and shower house in the marina.

While the boat has a Porta-Potty, the owner prefers it if guests use the bathroom facilities at the marina.
