This restaurant is on the first floor of the building at Milwaukee Brewing Co., with glass around just like part of the name suggests. It’s not a coincidence! There is also a glass skylight that covers 85 percent of the establishment. The space fills about 10,000 square feet (929 square meters) with a room for private events and ground-level beer garden. In this area, there is even a wall of live hops that offer freshness to the décor.
