The shopping complex was completed in 1972 and was the first indoor shopping mall in the West Ashley area of Charleston. Although the mall is quite old, it has undergone extensive revitalization with beautiful new landscaping and façade as well as added new stores including discount stores, grocery stores, specialty shops, coffee shops, restaurants, salons, a fitness center, and a movie theater.
