Just outside your room you will be amazed by the incredible view of the Castello della Sala domain as you can see in the picture.

Anatoly and Ksenia, will recommend you an must-do trekking in nature which goes through an area of this 500-hectare domain.

Indeed, most of the domain is used for vineyards located at 200 to 450 meters above the sea level, the domain is perfect for viticulture, as its clayey soils are full of fossils of volcanic and sedimentary origin.

Thousands of years ago instead of the hill landscapes, there was the sea, and that’s why your may find fossils and shells there. This also explains why the wine is so tasty and rich in minerals.

During your trekking you can also admire the rock stratification which reveals the old structure of the soil.
