Bartenders and staff are really very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is great and it is an amazing place to go with the family to enjoy delicious food and some great music.

The Rabbit Hill Park in Dacula is a huge park that is well maintained. The playground and the pavilions are very clean and nice and it is a great spot for family picnics or outings. With sandpits, volleyball courts, soccer complex with eight youth soccer fields, dog park area, walking areas and a small splash pool for kids, this place has something to offer everyone.

5. Shop all you want at the Mountain Crossing shopping mall
The shopping mall in Mountain Crossing was opened in 1996 and is spread over 31000 square feet (2880 square metres). Some of the well-known shops in this mall include Kroger, The UPS Store, and Wells Fargo. Located in Northern Gwinnett County, this mall is minutes away from the Mall of Georgia. There is growing residential development around this shopping complex, so staying would not be a problem. This is a great place for shopping for most things that you will need while in Dacula.

The Brunch Apothecary offers great creative cuisine coupled with prompt service. The menu is not very elaborate but whatever is available has its own unique flavour. this is what makes the dishes and the restaurant stand out. No wonder this place is an extremely popular choice for Sunday brunch and there is waiting for a table. But the food and atmosphere are definitely worth the wait!

Be it a beginner or an expert golfer, Trophy Club of Apalachee offers some great greens for a nice round of golf. Fees are reasonable and it is a fun course to play on. The course is long for those that want to drive it long. The club also has function rooms to cater to small events. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which adds to the overall experience at the club. This should be a great activity for friends and partners during an escapade in Dacula.

Spread over 100 acres (44.5 hectares), Duncan Creek Park in Dacula is open from sunrise until around 11 pm. It is a family-friendly park with a number of amenities to ensure a fun-filled day out. From lighted skating complex to four lighted basketball courts, three lighted sand volleyball courts, playground, pavilion, open field for football or other sports, this place has enough to keep the entire family engaged. The skateboard park is absolutely amazing with two huge bowls and two street courses

9. Grab a slice of Dacula's history at Elisha Winn House
Built in the year 1812, Elisha Winn House became part of the Gwinnett County in 1818. It is of immense historical importance as it is the oldest standing building of Gwinnett. This house is also the place where most of the planning for the new county of Gwinnett took place. Now, the house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The staff is polite and knowledgeable and the visit to the house is very informative.

10. Appreciate the illustrations at Montgomery Art Gallery
Montgomery Art Gallery in Dacula displays the work of Michael G. Montgomery, who is a freelance illustrator. Over the years, he has created some great illustrations and has been very traditional in his process, using pencils, pen, ink, etc. He uses computers a bit though in the end to give final colour touches. His illustrations have a variety of themes, from sports to art and illustrations for books etc.
