This used to be a simple quaint villa that caught the attention of the Ministry of Culture of the Government of Poland. They collaborated with the local city to create a museum and exhibition dedicated to Witold Gombrowicz. Witold Gombrowicz is a famous Polish playwright. Poland’s Ministry of Culture collaborated to renovate the Villa Alexandrine and turn it into the destination that it is today.
