I remember my older relatives reminiscing about Fiesta Carnival, an urban amusement park located in Cubao and one of early Metro Manila's top attractions. While the original one already closed decades ago, a new one is being reopened in time for the 2023 holidays. Families will find plenty of wholesome entertainment such as games and rides, as well as concessionaires with food and drinks. According to the owners, the park will remain open while they are planning the area's development. Their vision for the development was inspired by New York's Rockefeller Park so there's a lot to look forward to. Honestly, I think these steps are moving in the right direction as I find the current Cubao claustrophobic, and a park will add a much-needed place to unwind.
