Seda Vertis North's proximity to SM North EDSA and TriNoma means you'll have plenty of options for shopping and dining. In my case, I prefer to do my shopping at SM's department stores as there are plenty of good brands to browse that won't hurt the budget. When it comes to food, however, I have several recommendations. Marugame Udon in SM North EDSA and Hanamaruken Ramen in TriNoma are my go-to choices if I'm craving for Japanese. When I want to reward myself with a slice or two of Chicago deep-dish pizza,  Sbarro in SM North is the place to go. There's also Kumori, a Japanese-style bakery in SM's The Block; I highly recommend their Hanjuku cheese or chocolate cake.
