At the very least, you can brag about many things, including having lived in a pinecone surrounded by towering redwoods.

A bit different from the traditional hobbit home made of wood, but who’s to say they won’t modernize and use present-day construction materials?
The interiors are still every bit how a hobbit would design and decorate their house. We also love the fenced garden with vine trellis and the wooden tub bath.
