The Cinnamon Snail boasts being the first vegan organic food truck in the USA. It has since become a much-loved dining option in New York City. The restaurant still has food trucks for serving vegan cuisine at farmers’ markets, catering events and festivals, but also has two physical restaurants in Midtown Manhattan and FiDi. All food served is 100% vegan and Kosher and a large variety of dishes are served, including burritos, burgers and fries, Cambodian and Korean fare, along with tasty desserts and baked goods. ‬

Little Choc Apothecary is based in Brooklyn and boasts that it is New York City’s first fully vegan sweet and savory creperie. Wherever possible, they make all their ingredients themselves and their homemade ingredients include cashew cheese, coconut and almond milk, coconut bacon, seitan and raw cherry chia jam, along with all sauces and syrups served in the restaurant. Whatever they cannot make themselves in-house, the restaurant sources from high-quality suppliers. Wherever possible, ingredients are organic or fair trade, without GMOs. They serve from breakfast right through to dinner.
