The founder of Eberle Winery, Gary Eberle is a pioneer of winemaking in the region of Paso Robles. He first started his career working in his family winery, Estrella River Winery & Vineyards. The vineyard was established in the year 2009, at the old town. Later, in the year 2012, the grand Lorimar Winery was opened in the heart of Temecula Valley. The winery was built in a Tuscan-style, projecting excellent views of Mount Palomar and the Santa Ana mountains.
