Fun fact: Did you know that Mount Peter’s Ski Area was started by the Macy’s Department Store chain, in 1936, to draw attention to and show off their ski fashion? Truth be told, Mount Peter’s still holds it’s fashionable allure, as it is quite the popular place to be during the colder months of the year.
