If you are looking to experience Castle Rock history in all its glory, what better way to do so than to eat? B & B Cafe, located in Castle Rock’s downtown, has been serving up breakfast to the community for over 50 years. The menu items are creatively named, making sure that you have fun throughout your entire time dining at the cafe. Before heading off to explore Castle Rock, why not have “A Bowl of Courage”? A favourite at the cafe is the cinnamon roll that is topped with “too good to be true” cream cheese. B & B Cafe’s interior features unique pieces of decoration - bullet holes. Curiously, the bullet holes are the result of the shooting of the town’s marshall, Raymond B. Lewis, by a fugitive almost 65 years ago. These permanent fixtures are a testament to the cafe’s role in the town’s history. Be sure to drop by early for the cafe closes at 2:00pm every day! Otherwise, B & B Cafe is perfect for anyone looking to have an authentic Castle Rock experience.

Coffee & Bagels is the best of both worlds, as it brings together the specialities of both Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros Bagels. Whether you want a simple cream cheese bagel or the more savoury sausage, egg and cheese bagel, Coffee & Bagels has you covered. Complementing these bagel selections is the aromatic coffee served up by Caribou Coffee. Be warned though, as this location has the unfortunate reputation of getting orders wrong. However, that does not affect the delightful flavours of both their bagel and coffee. If you can get past that, then consider Coffee & Bagels as the essential two-in-one, grab-and-go breakfast joint for those with places to be at.
