It has more water than all of England’s and Wales’ lakes combined which means that it is the UK’s deepest lake. Aside from vast landscapes, historic attractions also surround the lake, such as Fort Augustus and Urquhart Castle. The area has many luxury hotels, but camping is a great idea for those who wish to spend more time outdoors. Check out our list of the best campgrounds near Loch Ness, UK.
