Getting to Cijin Island

Getting to Cijin Island from Kaohsiung City is quite easy. Take the MRT orange line and get down at Sizihwan MRT Station. From there, head to the harbor and take Cijin Ferry; instructions from the MRT station to the harbor are available on the streets and it will take about 10 minutes to get there on foot. The cost to take the Cijin Ferry is 15 NTD (approximately 0.50 USD) and the journey is around 15 minutes. Travelers can take a bike on the ferry so if you prefer to rent a bike in Sizihwan, it will not be a problem.
