Located in Las Olas Boulevard, this bar is more of an upscale two-story restaurant rather than an actual rooftop bar. The interior and exterior have a unique style. The decorative tiles, attention-grabbing chandeliers, ceilings made of tin and red booths are all carefully structured to create elegant and welcoming vibes. Its restaurant blends Amerindian, French, Spanish, West African, German, Italian, Irish and Vietnamese styles and ingredients in their New Orleans-style cuisine, so it is the perfect place if you like variety. On the ground floor, the restaurant features live music, a full bar with televisions, decorated with brick barrel vaults showing off branded wine barrels. At the ground level of the Circ Hotel is the Olivia Restaurant and Bar. Technically, it’s also an Italian restaurant, which means you will be able to order a meal as well if you’re feeling hungry. The bar features an impeccably curated selection of wines in an atmosphere that is ideal for dates, featuring high ceilings, columns and wall tiles made from marble, wooden floors and panels, with dramatic lighting fixtures made of copper. The place also serves Italian food, if you wish to sample them, such as pasta, beef carpaccio, risotto, minestrone and more. In the center of the room is the mozzarella bar where cheeses are created in a wood-burning oven.
