Oman is a country cut into two parts. Salalah is the capital of the south part of Oman, the Dhofar province. It is renown for its fruit plantation because of the “Khareef,” an annual monsoon, transforming the desert terrain into a lush, green landscape and creating seasonal waterfalls. Salalah used to be the Sultan’s favorite place to live (despite Muscat) and is now the home of some of the best bars and restaurants in the country. We selected for you 12 of the best restaurants in the city.
