1. Oriented Nature Reserve Cavagrande

The Cavagrande Nature Reserve is the idyllic place to visit if you’re a huge fan of gorgeous views, nature and lots of walking and exploring. The huge nature reserve surrounds the canyon that has been formed by the Cassibile river, and you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area as you explore everything that the nature reserve has to offer.

If you visit during the summer months then it’s quite often possible to indulge in a little dip in the fresh little lakes that are located at the base of the canyon. This nature reserve is the perfect place to visit if you enjoy picturesque walks surrounded by gorgeous flowers and beautiful scenery.

2. Tonnara di Avola

Tonnara di Avola is a beautiful little beach where you can see many tuna. It’s a lovely place to take photos as it provides a wonderful backdrop of the sea and authentic walls and buildings. Watch the sunset over the sea and visit the surrounding area to grab a bite to eat.

3. Beach Lido di Avola, Eloro District

The beach at Lido di Avola is several kilometers long and is perfect for spending a few hours frolicking in the sea and on the beach. There’s also a freshwater fountain that flows onto the beach which is ideal for taking pictures of and admiring as it is so beautiful and tranquil. Free parking is available nearby which is incredibly handy as you can arrive at the destination and head straight to the beach for a day of fun.

10. San Giovanni Battista
