Founded in 1898 by Ambrosius Hiltl, Haus Hiltz is the oldest vegetarian restaurant in Europe. And to date, the restaurant is run by the same family for nearly four generations. The restaurant’s a la carte menu offers several mouth-watering dishes like Casimir fruits with basmati rice, green Thai curry with basmati rice, and more.
