The brilliant people behind this restaurant thought it would be a nifty idea to create and design your own meals using their house ingredients, and it is gaining a lot of traction.

As its name states, this joint along S. Kirkwood Road banners more of its vegan servings such as Ocean Fillet and Mongolian Wonder, its menu does contain appetizing vegetable-only dishes such as Seaweed Ocean, Shitake Green, and Delectable Eggplant.
