The hostess, Sneha, is very accommodating and cordial to visitors. This well-designed studio apartment is just a 10-minute walk to the nearest Metro station and a 10-minute drive to Chattarpur MRT. Uber taxis are available on call and are very safe. Also, you can reach Gurgaon by a cab in 20 minutes. Swagatham is located in a classy area of New Delhi. Plush interiors, warm and gracious care by the hosts and an absolutely safe locality, credit this as one of the best homestays listed on Airbnb, in New Delhi.

The Green Park Metro Station is just minutes away from this place. You can take an autorickshaw and reach the Metro for a meagre 1 USD. The accommodation consists of two rooms, a bathroom, with two beds, inclusive of a double bed and kitchen, provided with all the utensils and necessary requirements.

This Airbnb in Sarita Vihar is a spacious homestay, with a 5-star rating. Located in Sarita Vihar, south Delhi, the apartment houses three separate guest rooms on a separate floor. The entire apartment can accommodate up to eight guests. The hosts, Atul and his family are very friendly and gracious. They are known to shower the utmost care and cordiality towards their visitors. Needless to say, the delicious home cooked food here is every visitor’s favourite! The hosts are always eager to share some leisure time, chatting with visitors.

The apartment is totally spic and span all around. It has the best collection of all pots and pans, stacked up tidily in the kitchen and provides for a super clean European bathroom. Priced at 21 USD per night, for two guests, you cannot hope to be asking for a more reasonable rate! For those of you interested in other reviews, there are plenty. One of them mentions the kindness and concern extended by the family here on each of their visits. The visitors were offered extensive advice about every aspect of New Delhi, which helped a long way, in guiding them, during their visits. Airport pickups and additional cleaning are charged separately. A home away from home and a dream home stay in New Delhi for sure!
