Families love this relatively small but conveniently located White Lodge Campground, which is great for summer and spring trips and is one of the best campgrounds in New Hampshire. Since the place is set in the White Mountains region, you will get to enjoy easy access to scenic hiking trails, rock climbing routes, and picturesque landscapes with wildlife.

The property is just off State Route 16 and is near shops, which are only a few minutes away. It sits on a tree-canopied hill, offering plenty of shade and a grassy play area. The restrooms are clean. A hand pump is provided for water. There are no on-site showers and dump stations here, though. A few weak noises coming from the road may be discernible. The White Mountains region offers year-round recreation with four Nordic ski areas.

With spacious sites running into many loops, the place is equipped with water spigots, flush toilets, and coin-operated showers. Traverse Daniel Webster Scout Trail to Great Gulf Wilderness. Go angling in the brook and river nearby. During autumn, experience the scenic fall foliage. Dolly Copp is one of the few campgrounds open year-round. In winter, campers are strongly advised to prepare for the harsh winter weather.
