An award-winning distillery, Baltimore Spirits Company is headed by Baltimore residents - Eli Breitburg-Smith, Max Lents, and Ian Newton. This distillery is famous for producing spirits, namely, Shot Tower Gin, 1904 Ginger Apple Liqueur, and Baltimore Epoch Straight Rye Whiskey among others. The inspiration needed to create the spirits is mostly from the history, arts, heritage, food, and culture of the city.
