An award-winning distillery, Baltimore Spirits Company is headed by Baltimore residents - Eli Breitburg-Smith, Max Lents, and Ian Newton. This family-owned nano-distillery in Middle River takes the spirit-making process to a different level, having used painstaking scientific disciplines to create organic rums and vodkas with unique taste profiles. True to its company motto, each spirit is distilled more than ten times in custom-made stills using the purest of elements. Reverse osmosis is also involved in the process, further eliminating trace minerals and other bad stuff that may otherwise affect the taste.
