Dreamwell Hostel, or D’well Hostel, is a budget-traveler accommodation in Kaohsiung that was established in 2014. The hostel was built based on the spirit of traveling and culture exchange. Although it is relatively new, the hostel is well known for its services and amenities. Dreamwell Hostel is located in the busy shopping district, Sanduo, which makes it easy for travelers since there are plenty of things to do and it is accessible by public transportation.

The rooms at Dreamwell Hostel vary from dorm rooms to private suites. The dorms can take up to 8 guests with the choice of male, female, or mixed dorm rooms. The dorm rooms are equipped with sockets and nightlights for every guest. The private rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV and a private bathroom. Guests staying in dorms will use shared bathrooms that is equipped with a hairdryer and a few bottles of perfumes to use. All rooms use a key card system so no need to worry about security.

At Dreamwell Hostel, travelers are spoilt with their many services and amenities. The services at the hostel include the basics such as 24-hour security, luggage storage, complimentary Wi-Fi, and complimentary city maps. However, aside from the regular, the hostel also offers both complimentary breakfast and night snacks (instant noodles); this is due to the popular Taiwanese culture of having snacks in the middle of the night. Getting to and around Dreamwell Hostel

Dreamwell Hostel is located in Sanduo Shopping District, which is one of the busiest commercial areas in Kaohsiung. This is a very good location for a hostel since it is only 3 minutes away from the MRT station and there are numerous bus stops at the area. Travelers arriving from the airport or train station can directly take the MRT Redline headed to Xiaogang and get down at MRT Sanduo Shopping District.

Since the area is a commercial district, there are plenty of shopping areas and convenient stores around the hostel. Across the hostel, there are plenty of street food to enjoy, which open until late at night, so travelers don’t need to worry about looking for local foods.
