Toranomon Hills is a skyscraper complex found in Tokyo near Toranomon and Shinbashi stations. Toranomon Hills is accessible from five Tokyo railways. For example, if you are using Tokyo Metro, you can get off at Tokyo Metro Toranomon Station and exit from gate 1 and walk for 5 minutes. If you are using the JR Line, you can get off at Shinbashi Station and exit at the Karasumori gate and walk for 11 minutes. You can also access this skyscraper complex by car. There is a 24 hour parking garage available, which costs 200 JPY (1.80 USD) for 15 minutes, with other special deals if you shop.

Toranomon Hills regularly hosts outdoor yoga events in the courtyard. Last year, they hosted family yoga as a part of a kids’ workshop in the summer, and Sunday spring and autumn yoga, which seems like it is going to be happening this year again. Every Sunday, starting April 10th for two months, there will be a free yoga event held in the courtyard from 10:00 to 11:00 am till June 12th by Reebok ONE ambassadors. There are also some weekday events, so you might want to check the website. It is free and open to the public, and if you decide to rent a yoga mat, they have 150 yoga mats available to rent for 500 JPY (4.50 USD).
