This newly renovated one-bedroom apartment, set on the parlour floor of a townhouse will be perfect for those who want to stay in a historical old house. Dated from 1899, it has beautiful high ceilings and the open concept kitchen with the adjoining dining room is great for cooking meals. The living room has a TV with HBO and Netflix. Wifi is also part of the amenities. The bedroom is air-conditioned, and there is a tub to just soak and relax. Washer and dryer facilities are also included.

4. Luxurious Manhattan loft

This luxurious loft allows you to have your private fully-stocked bathroom with a hot tub bath attached to your bedroom. You’ll also have a TV with Netflix in your bedroom. If you want to admire the view of NYC, you can sit in the outside balcony that has a seating area. If you’re going to cook, a large open concept kitchen with the best equipment is available, or lounge in the living room that has Wifi and a TV hooked up to a surround sound system. Washer and dryer facilities are available for those who stay longer than three nights, and there is also full air conditioning and heating in the house. You enter the loft via your private elevator. There is also a printer and scanner available. The house is in a new apartment building and located in a safe neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and shops lining the streets. It is a few minutes’ away from the East River, which has a great view of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge. Opposite the house is Tenement Museum, and Chinatown, Soho, East Village, Alphabet City, Ludlow Street and many more attractions are all within walking distance.

This is a brand new rooftop studio where guests can look out at the Brooklyn skyline through the huge windows. If you want to, you can walk right onto the shared roof to take in views of the city. There is high-speed Wifi, Apple TV with Netflix and Hulu, as well as air conditioning. A private bathroom with towels provided is attached to the apartment. While there isn’t a kitchen, a mini fridge with a coffee machine is available. This apartment is in a family-owned building, so you’ll be able to reach the hosts easily. Smart locks operated by your smartphone is affixed to the door. Restaurants are nearby, so your dining needs are sorted even without a kitchen.
